MELBOURNE 360° observation deck ...
The Observation Deck was opened to the public on July 20 1994.
There are 1254 stairs to the Observation Deck.
The Rialto soars 253 metres (823 ft).
The Towers stand on 75 huge concrete caissons (legs) attached to rock 20m below the building.
If a kilogram block was dropped from the roof it would take 7.9 seconds to hit the ground at 250kph.
It takes approximately 40 seconds to reach Level 55 in our fast lifts. The lifts travel at 25kph or 7.1 metres per second

also went to Puffing billy (steam train) at Dandenong ranges
took tram 86-->city (southern cross)-->train to Belgrave..
total took ard 2 hrs
we did it ..

i think la trobe is prettier than NTU in general for her gardens and structure ...except it would b perfect if she has more canteens or food stores...haha..
was raining heavily in city when we embarked on the trip but weather changed for the better and became sunny by the time we reached bells beach...

saw some wild koalas on our way also...they look skinner than those in zoo..

feeling happy when i tot back the times we spent together in melb while blogging...its was overall fun although there is some frustration at times....thanks mummy for this visit ....mucks and hugs
