then went to sofia resturant to have dinner with vincent , siaw eng and lousia...

(Sunday) din go bbq with anna , tim and sharon cos i din complete my assignment ...then i reckon bbq would take alot of time ...so turned down the invitation...sad sia....but vincent mum is here from singapore today...so he wants to go this restaurant for dimsum .... the lunch din take too long...was home within 2 hrs....the food was good though...

the Chinese name coincides with the famous duck restaurant in china?....haha... this restaurant is in doncaster....high end residential area...ha...

Found A Job...but tiring ...

Today Is the 3rd day since I Started WorK as A Carer...RoLe reverse...in the past, i am usually the one teaching caregiver on caring and assisting patient. ...btw...i am a occupational therapist in case my friends forget my occupation again...wats that again....oh no...i have said a million times wats my profession abt?...if still unsure then go check out the website....but i am in Australia now taking my degree conversion at La trobe university....

hmmm....my tots after 3 days of caring....i strongly feel that caregiver are very tiring job...24/7....plus do all the exercises and stuff...physically and mental draining...aches over body as the client is quite stiff and has tremors...so have to do a lot of stretching...but i still hope to work in krispy kreme doughnut shop ...haha...sighs...cos i already have chosen OT as my life time profession ....so want try out something new while i have time in aussie...hee....plus i will get to try out all the favours...haha

rushing assignments now...so not much time to blog and go out to shop and eat and tour ard...will officially end sch on 5th nov ....hurray...freedom....

went to the DFO nearer airport with vincent, siaweng and lousia ...was bigger than city...burnt a hole again...but all good buys ...for my friends, family ...plus myself ...i will motivate myself to ex cos i got a new nice track puma pants...haha...with pink lining...

Cooked dinner for the household..something like once or twice a week...the rest of the week , i usually just helped out ....eg washing dishes or prepare the ingredients...

Chinese Steamed Glutinous Rice with Roast Pork

stir fry the waxed meat and sausages --add in mushroom , meat/ rice and black/light soya sauce ...then bring to steam for 40 min...

final product...yummy and tasty

any takers... 3 cups of rice cooked and finished ...added fried dried shrimps on top...hee.. forgot to add while cooking the rice ...not too late also la...will remember next time...hee
