last elective of the semester ...
presented and handed in the written assignment ...
phew... :) :)
it was a fun & enriching process
almost cried when giving my presentation today ...
NOT becos i am nervous ...
but i was reflecting on my drawing talking about the process of creating the art piece
....and i felt homesick ...
~~something seems to be stuck in my throat~~
missed home & family
but
i was all along blessed with all the goody things ...
so
~~I must b more POsitive ~~
&
not emphasis on only the bad stuff
think of the bright side of life ...

bought by sis /auntie
~ my final art project ~
art therapy has been a therapeutic process which increases my self awareness about life .
it is healing and life enhancing..
(BTW: its not easy as it seems)
