beautiful sunday....

had been coughing since i came back from great Victorian trip...now also down with a flu i think...lousia is sooooooo sweet...she checked online for a traditional remedy and chanced across this to cure my cough...its actually grounded black sesame and powdered rock sugar...she went to buy the stuff and made for me yesterday(all the grinding and hard work) ...touched...--> crying soon....i am supposed to add hot water to the powdery stuff below and drink on empty stomach...taste like black traditional sesame paste (Chinese dessert)...not too bad...supposedly should cure by 3 days...drank the first dose today....will update ya if it work....*Winks)....
